I'm about 5/11 175 pounds. I'm just a little cubby and looking to fix that. So whats up? I came across this site the other day and I wasn't really even interested in losing weight, but this site kind of drew me into it. I like exercising and stuff so this might be fun. Then again it is kind of boring exercising alone.
If you find it boring to exercise alone, find a partner.. If you can't find a partner, look here for motovation to keep going, or anything that will help you keep at it.
