I do 30 mins on rowing machine and 20 on upright bike and 12 on lean back bike and 10 on space hopper jogger,I eat 3 meals per day,combined calories per day at most 1200,any suggestions to help ?

What do you weigh? 1200 calories seems a bit low to me. Do you strength train at all, or is it just cardio?
