HELLO I JUST JOINED TODAY!!! ON MY WAY TO A BETTER ME. I WAS JUST WONDERING ABOUT CALORIES, I HAVE READ THAT YOU CAN HAVE 1200-1500 CALORIES A DAY AND LOOSE WEIGHT AND WHEN I DID MY PROFILE HERE IT SAID FOR ME TO HAVE 1985 CALORIES AND I WAS WONDERING IF THAT AMOUNT OF CALORIES WOULD MAKE ME GAIN WEIGHT INSTEAD OF LOSING IT? PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME.

Welcome to freetrainers. You can consume 12-15 calories per pound of bodyweight per day, the lower number causing you to lose. Trial and adjustment will help you here.
