Hi. I started working out about 2 months ago and I feel like im in a rut! I am not seeing the results that i want and i am getting really discouraged. I dont want to give up, but I feel like im doing all this for nothing!! I joined this so maybe i can find out what i am doing wrong.
If you're not seeing results then something is wrong with your diet. Either eating too much, or not enough. Forget about the scale, how do your clothes fit and how do you look in the mirror? Those are better gauges of results than a number on a scale.

I definitely agree with ecle5c about the diet, but can you be more specific about what results you're hoping to see? Tell us a bit about what you've been doing and eating.
