HI MY NAME IS JENNY AND IM 23 YRS OLD. I HAVE BEEN UNDER A LOT OF STRESS AND I LOST A LOT OF WIEGHT. I WAS A 154 AND DROPPED TO 117 LIKE NOTHING. IM TRYING TO GAIN WEIGHT BUT ITS THE BAD WAY JUNK FOOD LATE NIGHT EATING NOT EATING SOME DAYS THEN PIGGING OUT THE NEXT. I NEEDD SOME TO POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTIONS. I JUST WANT MY MEASUREMENTS BACK. I WANT TO BE AT MY NORMAL WEIGHT 135 IM 5'6. CAN ANY ONE TELL ME HOW TO GET HEALTHY AGAIN?
hi jenny... i am sally... I went through the same phase and now am back in shape... and moreover i have started modelling again at this age of 24... I am in India...
First off... you'll have to say NO to yourself when you see junk food.. it does more harm to your body than you think... when you feel hungry, eat whichever fruit you like to... and when out with friends try n have something which has no least fat and eat it real slow so that you pass the time and you dont end up eating too much...
One more thing, if you are a smoker or a regular alcohol user... QUIT ASAP... for women these things show up in their pregnance days... i know you are too young to think abt that... but my mother is a gyno and she has kept me informed abt these things... good luck
