I'm not trying to be negative, its just that........ no body cares and hardly ever replies anyways! I just need to lose some weight and get with it but I have no drive or modivation......just seeking support and a few kind words of help!

It's not that we don't want to answer but problems with enough time (and therefore often I use time to write needed answers to questions rather than "hello how do you?")

Welcome to FT hawaiian_kisses. I deed this is a site were people to answer questions and care about others needs. Sometimes it takes time to get a response especially with the number of others who are also asking questions, and advise on diet, weight training.
It would seem that you have a lot going on for you both physically and emotionally, again there are people who want encourage you and lift you up to do well for your self. However you also need to take the responsibility to do some work. This site has a number of places to go for information, motivation. Some time we must do the research and check things out before we ask others to do it for us. It starts with you and then others will join in. So enjoy FT. As you can see people are responding. Good luck on your goals and do well

Welcome... I am new and LOVE this site for all it offers,one thing being the message boards. I am an exercise science and ntrition major so I know a lot about fitness.. I know enough to know it is FOREVER changing and I wil never learn or know enough. These chats are a good area for people to ask and share info.
Instead of getting angry and negative.. go work out!!! Endorphins will do wonders!!!
