Hey guys, I'm male and 29. I workout almost every weekday. Last september I read an article about calorie counting and decided that it was time to get serious. I was an athlete in high school but had let myself go to a degree. I was still active and had worked out off and on but I was not in good shape at all. I am 6'2" and I weighed 203 when I started. I lost 23 pounds in 4 months and got there by interval training and calorie counting. At that point I decided to hit the weights. I started that in January of this year and despite a layoff over the summer have been consistant with it. I now weigh 184, and I am working with a personal trainer at the gym here at work. My goals are to get cut and get that "model" look. My body fat is down to 13.85% and I really want it to be in the single digits. I eat 6 small meals a day and try my best to be consistant with it but it isn't always easy. I have never had defined abs and I can't wait until I get to that point. I'm working hard on a bulking cycle right now to increase my overall muscle mass because I don't have as much as I want yet. My biggest issues are with motivation because I want so bad to have that really defined chest, stomach and arms, and I want it NOW!! So anyway, that's where I'm at. Thanks in advance.
