hi, i've got alot of problems, i'm only 27 years old, a 95 year old man that lives two doors down is in better health than me. i'm embarrassed of my weight, and it's so hard to lose it when i can't even walk, i try to do sitdown excercises, but then i get depressed thinking what's the point? i barely eat any sweets, i love veggies, and i always crave meats. i've tried diets, i've tried the so-called "fasting" to try to lose weight. i had a couple of friends back in highschool who were anorexic... and i vowed i'd never end up like that. they both died before graduation. i used to be skinny in school, but since i started slowing down because of my mobility, i've gained more weight. i've asked my doctor for help but she's not doing anything to help. i've changed doctors three times to get help, and still nothing. each month the light at the end of the tunnel gets smaller.

well...how 'bout we try this...NO diets....and NO fasting...change your lifestyle one day,one hour,one minute at a time...whatever it takes...change your attitude...there is alot of power in positive thinking...don't envision that light smaller...imagine it WIDE OPEN...don't wait on the drs...you can do this...think of 3 things you can do different this week to improve your health..maybe it's visting a site like this..putting a plan together..and setting a start date...make a plan...set a date...but remember today is only yesterdays tomorrow...so don't put it off to long...best wishes to you...and welcome to FT!!:)
