I'm doing a program but what should I enter in the pushup weight column? Should I put 0 lbs or my own weight in lbs?

Well, your actual weight wouldn't be applied to the excercise as a lot of which is rested on you'r feet. Only way to accurately find that is to get in the push up position on a scale, keep in mind you'r also resting more weight on you'r hands in the down position.
