Im new here and I just wanted to say hi! Im 13 and weigh 113 lbs. I dont know if that is obese but i have some belly fat that i would like to get rid of. I dont start my work out until the 21st but i think i will try out some of the exercises before that. This is my next step in losing weight, although i live a fairly active life.

Welcome to FT... lots of info and help here... I suggest you fill out a profile so we can help you better. A big part of weight loss and building muscle is the diet. Keep a close eye on what you're putting into your body and eliminate the stuff that isn't helping you get to your goals.

At 13, you still have alot of growing to do, so don't stres about a little fat - you haven't used it for your next growth spurt yet.
That said - good for you for wanting a healthy, active lifestyle!
