Hi , I stumbled across this page last Aug. while trying to get some info on getting into shape and some lifting .Since then i have been offline and now i got back to the net.Getting as much info as i could before i disconnected.
Last Aug. i was a tad under 6' weighing a slim 148lbs . Not happy with my appearance and looking for some direction .
I started off by eating more and eating healthy , doing light exersizes like pushups ,chinups ,pullups , situps. I knew that change was not immediate ,and i just kept up with what i was doing.
Now here in Feb I am weighing 180 and looking alot better and feeling good too. I have couple more goals which im hoping to get to. I bought freeweights and a bench , and decided to do a few cycles with creatine .Im not looking to get huge , i just want to get a little more mass. My second goal is quiting smoking.
Im just glad i stumbled on this site last year , as i read many posts on the message boards , it got me motivated .So now that im back , i thought i would sign up and start a program .
I guess im still a beginner , but ill offer help here when i can .
