First of all, hello all. My name is Rob and I am new to this site. I plan to use this site as a way to quantify and plan my workout schedules. This seems like a really good idea and I've already found lots of info on these message boards.
My problem is that after my first workout, I logged all my stuff in (reps and wheights) and submitted it right. Then I did my second workout and did the same thing. My third workout is tomorow.
When I checked the next weeks programs however, I found that some of the excersises were already filled out with wierd numbers. For instance, my first workout of week 1, I did BB incline presses at wheights of 90, 110, 130, 130 with the corresponding reps. But for the first workout of week 2 this exercise is filled in with wheights of 70, 50, 40, 20.
I guess my overall question is how can you reset a page so that I can input values into these filled in spots. I just want to change it because I think it may mess up the progress charts and stuff.
