ARe you sure it wasn't 51 dancenyshopper? The numbers on that nutrition calculator are out of wack.Others have said the same.

im positive. i couldn't believe it myself. its really irking me, because i do well and stay within my nutrition program all day, then i eat one lean pork chop and blow my fat out of whack. i know, i should lighten up a bit. if the numbers are out of whack i wish they would fix it. my calories for the day are set at 1730, so 21 grams of fat is a little over 10%. hmmmm, that doesn't sound right does it? is there a way to email these guys with a question? i would really like to know if 21 grams is what i need to follow.
