I just started working out a month ago and was curious about my shoulders popping when I do presses and stuff. Is this a bad thing? They pop just bringing my arms up and down without weight. I was doing, I guess it was like the Military Press, seated, and pushing straight up and hurt my shoulder on one side. Should I use low weight for a while to build up the muscle??? I don't want to get hurt again.

If doing presses continue to hurt, you should lay off them for a while. Shoulders are tricky and need to be rested when they hurt.
