I'm new to ft and I need some help

My goal is to lose weight and tone up, here is what ft recommended for me protein-178g
carbs-355g
fats-29g
t. calories-2365
I am also in my last six months of lactating.Is it alright if I don't hit the calories mark and i tend to go over on fats. I'm 21 yr old female,4'11",and about 140lbs. Does anybody have any advice?
