I signed on today as ImfatnIwanabfit. I am 61yo, will be 62 in 22 days. I am 5' 7 1/2" tall and I weigh 215 lbs. I have the classic stomach, asthma, high blood pressure I have circulatory problems which affect me most in my legs. My legs cramp up when I attempt to walk a short distance, which is less than 10 minutes on the treadmill.

I am a complete dummy when it comes to working out and I've started working out several times only to drop out without any gain whatsoever. I have a weight set and bench at home as well as an abdominal wheel. I also have a membership with a local gym that I've had for 4+ years that I very seldomn use.

I am going to try it again. Can someone provide me with some tips that might help motivate me and that will help me circumvent my obstacles?

good luck....fill out your nutrition and fitness plans for a starting place.

It is so good to have you here at FT! You are definately doing the right thing by getting involved with a healthy lifestyle! Just start out slow, and try FT's program here it is free and has been proven by members to work fabulously!
