Im not getting bigger ... help

hey ... ive been working out about 3-4 months now ... and i havent noticed that much of a difference yet ... i dont know if its because i only have access to machines and not free weights ... i have lost about 15 pounds during this period ... but i dont have a 6pack yet :( lol ... i still see some fat on my stomach ... anyways ... i would like to know how to gain weight and put on more muscle ... i wanna be strong as well as ripped ... and for some reason i cant select anything other than the abs for specialized training ... well any info would help .. thx

As for the six pack, it's mostly a diet thing... super clean diet will lead to the six pack...

The specialized programs are based on what you've put in for your exercise profile. Some things allow you to get the special programs, others not...

ok i think i have filled out the profile ... yea i guess the junk food doesnt help me get a six pack lol ... also during all this time .. i havent really gained that much on the amount of weight i can lift ... its prolly just a little over than when i started :(
