im gonna go ride bikes at the beach with my friend. She says were just friends but i can tell she wants more than that:big_smile:

I just got back from the gym. Ahhh, second box squat workout since breaking my foot. Felt good. 225X3 off a low box (3.5 inches PAST parallel), but it still felt heavy since I haven't had weight on my back in so long and my foot is still sore... I missed it so much.

It's Sunday and I went for a ride on my hubbys Crotch Rocket which still scares the hell out of me, but I'm getting better at relaxing. Then he brought me to work, thank goodness for this site or I'd be climbing the walls.
