HI there,
This is my first post. I started working out at the gym about a month ago and already and feeling much better. I am 48, am 5'2" and weigh 160. I already lost 7 lbs and would like to lose 25 more. I am not in a big hurry because this time I plan on keeping it off. I would be extremely happy to lose 1 to 2 lbs per week. It feels good to finally get a grip on myself. I have had weight issues my whole life. I am glad I found this place!
