Officially introduce yourself to the community by sharing your goals, obstacles or accomplishments. Don't be shy.. we're all here for the same reason. The more support we share the easier it will be to reach our goals!
Post what your goals are in the "beginners" section. People will help you there with routines, diets, etc. Also if you want some reliable people to talk to over your mail I would recommend talking to menace3000, bigandrew, or any of the moderators. Bb1fit is a great moderator to talk to about bodybuilding, everytime I've had a question and asked him he's always given me a clear answer. Menace3000 and Bigandrew are just members that seem to know a lot about what they're talking about.. I've only been on the board for a month a two so they're the main ones I've noticed.
