HI I am female and 19 years old and I am 5'6" and as of yesterday i weighed 163 lbs!!! So I have this work out guide which I started yesterday, but as far as my diet goes?? I have never been one to work out so I don't konw how long to expect results with my work out schedule. I am working out 4 days a week, and am trying to stay under 2300 calories. can anyone give me insight?

Well deppfan, Its hard to say how long it will take to get into the shape you want to be in. The good news is that you will get into shape faster than you got out of it. In other words you didn't get the size you are quickly so be patient with yourself and don't beat yourself up while you work out of it.
First thing fill out a profile about yourself . It helps folks here to help you. Secondly do some research here on proper diet. The FT nutrition guides will help but read the bards and use the search engine. Third pick a workout plan here and use it.

Charlie thanks for the information. I am really dedicated to getting back into shape and I feel pretty confident that I will succeed in that goal. Thank you for the information about the proper diet. I think that will help me out. I got a 12 week workout plan from this website and I am sore from it, so I think thats a good thing. Anyway I appreciate your response. And anyone who is a depp fan is a friend of mine. :) p.s. what is BTW?
