hey, im from NS Canada. im 6'9 and was about 210-220 fotr the longest time, my weight goes up and down daily, i cant understand it, i can almost never gain weight, but in my last few weeks ive been eating like 8 times the ammount i should, like stuffing myself once a week, healthy thou so dont worry. i take vitamins every day usually, multivitamins, i JUST got some gnc whey powder. french vanilla flavor, its effin gross. anyway, im testing out some workout routines from this site, im tired of being almost 7 feet tall, and skinny.

and NO, i DONT play basketball. :P

anyway, maybe this place can help me gain some musclemass and such

Good luck ryanknol I'm in the same boat as you but I am 6'4" and now about 180, yet about 21/2 months ago I was about 180! Still workin on it but it seems to be working yet I am having trouble eating that much daily as I'm a single parent and college student without alot of money, or time! Good luck!
