I'm trying to get started but need some guidence and maybe some tips if anyone has some i'm 16 i weigh 145 i bench 225 and squat 360... i need help.just drop me a line

Pretty good bench that is 1.75 times your body weight. And 2.48 times your body weight for your squats. You are pretty strong for a little guy.

my size i got the strength down but i need help to get the size? i'm ripped and big for my size.. so thats what people but i know i need to get much bigger to even compete. so the answer is mass really. is there a way i can get there faster

EAT MORE....LOTS MORE...and go all out in the gym...and if you think you are going all out in the gym now....step it up a notch

increasing the weight for exercises won't do u much if your like only doing 2-3 reps/set..that's powerlifting not bodybuilding...you should keep the form right..no swinging or junking or anything like that...just contniuous tension throughout.

which is better finishing the reps or putting weights where u miss the reps by one or 2
