Currently, I'm creatine loading and with everydose of creatine I also take glutamine powder. The glutamine bottle says take 1-2 scoops per day but since i'm creatine loading, I take about 4 scoops. Is that overloading on glutamine?
You do not need to load glutamine. You aren't harming your body any or OD-ing on glutamine.
