i have a six pack but it is covered in a thin layer of fat. i want them to show better so i am working them 3 times a week and doing cardio twice a week?
is there anything else i could do? recomendations? tips? thanx
Oh yes the only solution now is your diet...... (actually you could stop completely all work out and still get your six pack showing from good dieting!)

Hey I have been working out everyday by doing 2 diffrent videos in the morning and afternoon but I seem to be getting results but I have flab on my stomach and it wont go away I wal and run over 1 mile everyday too! What else is there to do! ANY TIPS
