I am 97 pounds and i am 5'2. I hate my stomach and my chest and the fat around my waist. What exactly should i do too lose fat in those exact places. What kind of exercises and what kind of a diet should i be on. Thank youa nd if you can please replay.

as it is said everywhere on this site "you can not spot reduce" takes alot of hard work but just start to be more active and you will see results

Detox is right you can not spot reduce. Set up a ft program and and choose the 12 weekab blast. Also you can do the max chest muscle mass program. The abs are made in the kitchen!! you need to work with your mom on making you good food. good luck!
