Did my first marathon in March 2003. Planning on doing another marathon in October 2003. Any advice on how to improve my time? My first marathon (3/2003) was 4Hrs 26 Minutes.

Get on the bike at the gym and use the tensions. Also squats, and calf raises. If you do cardio, try and get on the stair machine and or stairmaster. What you have to do is improve the stamina and stregnth to keep going.
