Hey all,
I'm kinda new at this but I love the site and it is really helping me get going. One question though...
I am imputting my weight, reps and sets into the tracker but when I come up to that same set the next time there is no previous info on what I had done. Am I missing something? Any help would be great. thanks

The tracker won't do anything with just body weight. Enter 0 and keep on truckin. There isn't anything to track.

Sorry, I should have been a little more specific. I meant I imput the weight I am lifting and the reps. Does the tracker keep a record of each exercise so that when it comes up again, you will know what the weight and reps were from last time?

If you hit the submit button the record stays. FT puts the last rep up on next weeks routine but I think its an average. I find it easier to write the weight on my printout and refer to it the next week. You do want to input the weight each week because at the end if your 8 or 12 weeks the program will step it up for the next one.

Thats what I assumed would happen. I did hit Imput but when the exercise came around again, all the values were zero. When I went back to week one, the info I entered is there...(hang on while I hit my head on the edge of my desk)

I am also new to the site and have e-mailed two people with no response. I cannot access my progress charts. What do I click on to do this. I have entered data for my first week and now I am on my fourth week and haven't bothered to enter any more data because I haven't been able to access HELP!!!!
