Hi there, My name is Livvy and I'm 16 years old. I really want to loose weight on my bum, thighs and tummy...but I just can't motivate myself, any hints? What should my meals consisit of? And how often should I exercise if I want to gain results in say, 2-3 months?
You really need to peruse the Diet forum for tips. I don't know what your exercise regimen is but I would start with cardio and light weights/more repetitions to get your blood pumping.
