i'm 25, at least about 15 lbs. overweight... but the final 15 lbs. just don't wanna go away... i'm almost positive a lot of it has to do with diet.... so HERE's where i'm hoping somebody on here could help me out....
what i need is basically a list of foods that are ok to eat...
cuz i really just wanna go on a diet, lose the extra poundage, tone up a bit and be ready for summer....
so here's what i need... a list of healthy_____:
- breakfast foods -
- lunch options -
- decent dinners -
- munchies -
anybody down to help? suggestions or anything would be great... but honestly, i'm at the point where i really dont even like looking in the mirror... so yeah... help me out somebody. please.
