I workout in my basement and have the basic weightbench with the nech press butterflies and leg extensions. I also have dumbells and a curl bar. Since i am very limited on exercises that i can do since i workout in my basement i came up with some exercises that i can do with what i have and i was wondering if someone would help me come up with a 3-4 day routine. Feel free to make any adjustments whether its add an exercise (that i can still do with what im limited with) or to drop out an exercise. Just let me know what muscle group im workin (so i sound like i know what im talkin about when i talk to other people) Here are the exercises Flat bech, Incline bench, Flat Dumbell Flys, Incline Dumbell Flys, Dumbell Rows, Military Press, Barbell Curls (or) Dumbell Curls (i prefer dumbell), Deadlifts, Leg extensions, Leg curls, Squats, Lunges, Calf Raises, Chin ups, Pull ups, and skull crushers. Thanks for any help you cn give and like i said feel free to add anything that i would be capable of doing with what im limited to and feel free to drop out anything, Thanks

What type of results are you looking for? Your goals?

you could try the at-home program they have on this site - and if you drop the $20 for a pro membership you can swap exercises in your program so it is tailored to what equipment you have.
Don't forget to do some dumbell lunges and dealifts, front squats.. the list can go on and on.
