Hi, I'm reasonably new to these forums and have a physique competition coming up, and I don't know a lot. I'm in need of a diet as my trainer has left to persue other interests.
My comp is in 12 weeks and I'm desperate for help.
I'm 5'4" weight is 140lbs, 22%bf.
