Hi.

I am desperate need of some help. My friend showed me some pictures of me today, taken over the weekend.... made me cry. I look terrible. No Weight, Muscle...I look gaunt...I LOOK TERRIBLE:(
I have been to the doctors about my weight problem, My diet is shameful to say the least, when I do eventually eat it gets burned off right away, I am constantly dashing everywhere, either after my children, or taking care of my neighbours. I have been scouring the net today to try and find a ...Diet Programme? One where I can PUT ON weight...came across this site and thought I would give it a go.

ANY help would be appreciated...or if I am on the wrong kind of site a point in the right direction would also be appreciated.

Hey, Brummy...

Check the diet forum.. there is a ton of ideas there to help steer you in the right direction.

Basically, eat six or seven smaller meals per day. It may be tough with kids running around, but it's something you need to do. Try eating 3-4 hours apart.

Check the grocery list for food ideas. If it isn't on the list, don't eat it!
