My lacrosse season just started and I need a solid in-season program that I can use for the season. If no one has a lacrosse program, an in season football program would be fine, just something to keep my weights maintained and make sure I lose as little as possible during the season. Its ironic you work the whole offseason and then in season you lose alot!!
hey man, i am in the navy and deployed right now, so that is kinda my in season if you will. we only get time about twice a week to work out due to other important things we do. this is what i do and i have not lost a pound man! pick one exercise for each body part. i do shoulders- bi's- tri's - forearms. then the next day i do chest-back-legs-abs. anyways do 10 sets of 10 for each body part using the same excercise and then do the next so you are doing 1 for each body part. try that.
