Hi everyone,
Well I was wondering if I could replace the Incline Cable Crossovers with an Incline Dumbell work out instead? Would I still be working the same muscle group? I am very shy at the gym and the cable machine is in an area that I don't feel comfortable in. I know it's kind of silly but maybe I won't be so shy later on. Thanks this site is great!

Hey Paula - It's not silly and it occasionally takes awhile to get to the point where you don't care what other people in the gym think. :) You can just about do anything with dumbells that you can do with cables. Cables have a tendency to make you more aware of your form but you're still working the same muscle group.

I know exactly what you mean about being shy. I didn't find any machines that did an incline press, so I skipped that one exercise instead of going into the free weight room. This gym I'm at is huge and different types of machines are in different rooms. I like to just stay in one area if I can... but I'm missing out right now. :(
