Pullovers also help the lower chest if they are done right:dumbbell:

Okay I find that when I do incline, decline, and regular bench press on the same day that my muscles get real tired and I gradually can barely lift the bar on the 3rd set...is this just an endurance problem or is it actually a sign that things are working?

this is my chest routine........now my goal sare a lil different than yours, and I have been doing this for a while, but this is waht I do.

Decline db bench 3x10
bb bench 5 sets chose reps
incline db bench 3x8
dips 3x faliure
some sort of fly movment 3x12

sandy sorry to say but I feel pull overs in my lats more so than lower chest, thats why I don't do them, the chest is a "push " muscle seems lida goofy to try and hit a "push muscle " with a "pull" excercise. I men it hits it a lil bit, but only like the last 20% of movemnet actually hits the chest. So why do it? Rather do some dips, or decline where I can really feel it.

What is the difference between a Bench Press, Incline Bench Press, and Decline Bench Press. I know the only differance between them is the angle you are when you lay down on the bench.

On my bench I have all three. I really want to get some definintion and musclular pecs, is there one I should do above the other two, should I do all three. Or does it not matter which one I do?

Each one works a differenct section of the Pecs. When I work my chest, I do all three.

decline bench ( with dumbells )actually engages more muscle fibers of the chest.

I was wrong, Ron showed me the correct way to do them and it was my upper chest, hips down, don't let your hips raise if you do it will take away from your chest. Keep your elbows in as close as you can.

yeah i was just gonna comment on that. Pullovers work the upper chest well if you do them properly.
