Time to change my workout. I'll be doing incline bench press, cable crossovers and either incline or flat chest flyes. incline will work my upper pecs and flat will work middle pecs right? I guess I will do flat since my incline bench will work my upper pecs. Let me know if I'm wrong. Also, do females need to work the lower pecs? I read something a woman bodybuilder said in some fitness mag. She said women don't need to worry about their lower pecs because their breast tissue covers it up. What do you guys think?

Personally, I try to get as much development as possible and as the pecs are just one muscle I try to hit all muscles from as many angles as possible for overall development.

I have a whole routine for chest, arms, back, shoulders, legs and abs. I just need some advice for one of my chest exercises.

I like to do declines first alot(declines have been shown in research to recruit more muscle fibers than any other chest movement), then follow with inclines, and then "fill in" the middle with flat bench. Nice workout...you could throw in cross bench dumbbell pullovers to, nice old time movement that id done correctly, stretches the chest cavity, lats, etc.
