I've heard of people who can do 40 or more pullups which is pretty impressive by my standards. Let's say I can do 8 or so. What would happen if I did 2 or 3 sets of pullups everyday? How long would it take me to build up to 40? Would I build muscle as well if I'm on a cutting diet, or is it impossible to build strength on a cutting diet altogether?
