hey all,i just started working aout about 5 months ago,im noticing how much bigger im getting but my neck still appears rather weak looking,are there any excersises i can do to just target my neck?thnx in advance :)

shrugs would help....there's head slings and stuff one can bug to do neck excercises in....
read an article guys with bigger necks tend and are prone to get sleep apnea...

quite awhile back, I was at the gym and this huge guy, looked like a football player, was in the gym, he lied down on his Stomach, on the hamstring curl bench, and with his head was lifting the bar. Forget how much weight he was doing, but damn he was thick

Your cause and effect is off. While there is a correlation, it is more due to overweight individuals being prone to sleep apnea.
