I was just wondering by how much should i be increasing my weight if i'm on the lean program and how often as well

You should be increasing weights on every set. You should also try to increase those weights week after week.

No matter if you are on a lean program or gaining program, always strive to increase your weights. A general rule of thumb that I use, and I think is optimal, is if you can do 6 reps with a weight, move up. If you can't do at least 4, maybe drop down 5 lbs or so.. Now keep in mind, you will not go up as fast while you are on a leaning diet, but still strive for as heavy as possible. The fastest way to lose muscle is to start dropping your weights and doing light reps. Shear nonsense...

Now how would you ever be able to touch the muscle if you stick to those small pink dumbells?!!! (o;
You still need to make the muscle burn if you really want to change things......
