Hey guys whats up, its just me again with another question. I injured myself and cant lift weights for possibly 3 weeks. What i did was i dropped a 45 lb plate, and it landed right on my toe. So i mgiht not be able to lift for possibly up to 3 weeks. But im still eating good and right, and im getting my daily recommended protein too. Will i lose ne strength, or ne tone. And if i do, how long do u think it will take to get it back, both the strength, and the tone?

you are eating well. thats good. your lose will be minimum.
dont worry. strength and muscle could come down. if you are natural nothin to worry about. 3 weeks is nothin. take it as a rest period. naturely you wont be as strong as you are right now. that doesnt mean you will lose all your strenght.
but you will recover everything very quick. i was injured too and hardly lost muscle, althou i didnt lift as much as i did before injure.
dont worry, relax.

ive doen that before, and I was still able to lift, lightly that is.......nothing more than say 70% of my maxs. 50% for lower body ones. I'd say take a week off, then do some light stuff. I mean doing some chest shoulders bisand tris won't hurt your toe. Unless you drop another plate on your foot that is.
-------------- if you want sympathy......from me... look between symphony and syphillis.......there you\'ll find it!
