I have an injured lower back so my doctor told me not to do deadlifts or squats. I do Leg Presses and leg extensions and such for my legs, but I was wandering...do hack squats put a whole lot of stress on your lower back? More than leg presses?

Sweeny,
I would not do Hack Squats. However, you can continue to do leg presses at a light to medium weight.
Has your doctor given you advice to heal and strengthen your lower back? Maybe you can try seated twists.. or perhaps hyperextensions with no weight..
Good Luck
