i feel like a fool. I recently joined and i have been excercising for sometime, so i should know better, but i tried pushing myself without first adequately warming up and consequently i pulled a hamstring. should i letup completely for a time or can i continue doing upperbody excercises and forgo leg excersises? Any help will be appreciated, i really don't want to layoff completely. Thanks!
Hey there gsolis. Just an guess, but I would think it fine to work your other muscles as long as you lay off the hamstring for a while. There's also an injury/rehab section here.. might want to post the same question there. Good luck.
