I'm only 18 and I have massive inner thigh fat. How do I get rid of it and keep it off? I've tried all sorts of workouts, but lack the motivation. Any help?
I really want to know how to get rid of all my inner thigh fat without starving. I also have cellulite on my outer and back thighs helllp!!!
I can't really answer your question because I clicked this link wondering the same thing. I see improvement when I do lots of cardio (running, jump rope, swimming, elliptical) and start eating less calories and very little fat, which can be easy if you stock up on your favorite fresh vegetables, fruits and meat. Don't eat any junk food or saturated/trans fats.
