I will be starting the ft mass program and need your clarification on the optimum time to use these supps:
Creatine, L-glutimine, Whey protein, and "ZMA". I know
nothing is really etched in stone, but I am looking for a
good basic guidline to follow, knowing I may need to adjust a little here and a little there to see what works best for my physiology. Your expertise and experience is appreciated.

I am on everything you listed except ZMA. But here is how I think it should go. ZMA right before bed, Whey Protein, I have one in the morning, one at night 1hr before bed, and I mixed with dextrose, maltose, whey. See insulin spiking under fit buddy if trying to get really lean muscle. 20 minutes into my whey/maltose/dextrose,(we need an abrrevation for this, lol)I drink my creatine and take my glutamine pills, also have those before bed to help aid in recovery. this is what works for me, I have recieved great results, if your advanced in the gym, and have bee at for a while the insulin spiking technique is amazing. Many people on here have had big gains when putting this into their program. Hope this helps! Peace.
