Just curious, but on the page that says the daily workouts, theres the colum that says Input Weight Used. What weight?

The weight you used during your exercise... so, if you did ten reps of barbell presses at 75 pounds, put in '75.'

Thanks that helps, but what if Im not using any weight, like if Im just doing push-ups, do I just leave that blank?
