i just got finished doing my first day workout and where it says input wieght like for instance do i out 20lbs for my dubell presses which = one dumbell or do i combine the two dumbells and put 40lbs?
as long as your consistant doesn't matter...either one..it's up to you...just do the same every time you add or decrease the weight.Personally...I combine...I like to see the bigger weight up there:)
