Is it wierd for your muscles to be measurably bigger straight after an instense workout session.

my biceps are generally about 11.2 inches around, but after a workout they were measured a few .'s bigger?

not a problem, in fact it makes me feel better about myself - just curious sa'll :)

No it's not abnormal for your muscles to be pumped after a workout. Just ask bb1...but before competitions they pump weight before going on stage.

there is excess blood in your muscles, hence, the greater size

same thing happens to me. Before i work out my arms are 13 in. without flex. After I work out it's about 131/2-14 nonflexed.

lol. I have never measured my biceps in my life measured my biceps.
As for my head, I wear either a small or medium lacrosse helmet. It does get pretty pumped after a weight lifting session though...
