Just curious if anyone has tried and has any input on the new supplements from Instone, i.e. pre-workout intensity and post-workout reloaded. Also has anyone used forza-t and do you think it's done anything for you?

Decent products, good formulations, but way overpriced. They have come down pretty much as noone was buying them, but still high at where they are. The market is saturated, and many lower prices equals.

Thanks for the reply, I just purchased a stack from Instone that was actually reasonably priced, it had 2 of forza-t, intensity, reloaded, and the MRP Intake Performance, a shaker and his book. I went to all the discount supplement sites and couldn't find a single one that could get within 30 dollars of the Instone price. I've been using them for about 3 days now and I can tell a difference in my performance both aerobically and anaerobically. My recovery time is much better also.

I like their pudding for taste and convenience - but on the whole, a little too much soy protein for a regular protein source. Good if you need to keep some emergency protein close by - you don't want to get catabolic!

Their pudding is awesome, but like bb1 says, they are way over priced, I only buy them when they are on sale.
