hey i just had couple questions about creatine and protein, theres alot post about it and some of them have different answers.
I just bought creatine pre mixed with dextrose and malto, one thing im confused about is that i know that you gotta take after your workout for insulin spike but when exactly do you take your post workout protein shake? 20min after you had your creatine or before it? And is it good to take your protein with milk or just water itself?
And for off days, i heard alot poeple taking creatine (dextro and malto included) in the morning but then again i heard some people saying that it wasnt a good idea, what is the best process to follow to have a positive results if you a person that is trying to gain some weight?
